What IS a HatBox Journey?

Imagine a playful workshop-in-a-box, perhaps for a group to share or an experience just for you…. Imagine intriguing themes like Dreams, Intuition, Forgiveness, Embracing Conflict, Sensory Awareness, Money, Relationships….

Every HatBox Journey comes packaged in an attractive hatbox (designs vary) filled with just about everything you need for one to three hours of sensuous and surprising self-discovery. Each journey includes an audio CD which serves as your travel guide for the Journey. Tour with us through exercises, journaling, perhaps art or hand crafts, visualizations and other techniques designed to enrich your ability to create a more fulfilling life for yourself.
